Otherwise Guest or Registered Users agrees to pay our actual damages; to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated.

MyDoorKeys.co.uk reserves the right to assume or participate in the defense and control of any such claim or action.

By utilising this Site, Guest or Registered Users agrees that this Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UK without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
